Delivery Model:

Longer term contracts typically more than one month, which may include multiple consultancy specialisms for the successful delivery of significant projects and or programmes.

These types of contracts will tend to be high value, complex, longer term programmes of work, such as client side support, and or including design-build type projects.

Will provide the flexibility for departments to procure a programme of work or project that will include the total lifecycle of the programme or project - ensuring continuity of provision from advice through to successful delivery.

This approach should provide enhanced value for money through the reduction in procurement effort, bidding effort on behalf of the supply market and access to economies of scale relative to the size, value and status of the particular project.
